Why Lord Rama Sent Sita Mata Into Exile?

Why Did Lord Rama Sent Sita Mata Into Exile?

By Samarth Jerry

The Horoscopes of Lord Rama and Sita Mata were matched perfectly. 26 out of 26. Despite this, legends has it in Holy Ramayana that there were obstacles after obstacles in their married life. Just after 2 year of their marriage they were sent on a fourteen year exile into the wild forest. Sita Mata was abducted by great Lord Ravana. Lord Rama went all the way down to south, conquered the Lanka’s Kingdom, fought against Ravana and defeated and killed him. Bought his lady love back.

Despite this victory in Ayodhya, people have things to say. A mere washerman, a commoner doubted on the character of the queen Sita Mata because she was abducted and lived under another man for a long period of time. Lord Rama could have chosen to ignored this man and act out of ego because he was the king but he asked himself if my people don’t trust me how I will rule? How I will help?
He kept his Kingdom above his family, above his love and he was forced to sent Sita Mata into an exile.

Was it Lord Rama operated act of ego or was it self love?

Sita Mata went on an exile on word of Lord Rama.

Was she blindly in love?

Our new generations has questioned him, What right does Lord Rama have to sent Sita Mata into exile?

Don’t forget Lord Rama has travelled 3,000 miles south and bought Sita Mata back.

What would you call this?
Selfless Love?

Thats why we say Siya Ram, because they rose in love, grew in love together as a whole
Siya Ram!
